YUVA GATI CAT EXPERIENCE WORKSHOP (EASTERN REGION)

Calling all young dance enthusiasts aged 11-16 with an interest in South Asian dance styles. Join us for a Yuva Gati Experience Workshop.

Whatever your previous experience of dance, you can take part in this exciting workshop introducing you to the National Yuva Gati Centre for Advanced Training.

Work with a team of professional tutors and artists, and meet like-minded people who love to dance.

This workshop is FREE, with the additional option to access 50% off a ticket to Akram Khan’s Chotto Desh performance at 2.30pm on the same day. In order to receive your 50% off code, you will need to book your place on the Yuva Gati Experience Worksop first. Find out more about the performance here. Young people will be unsupervised and will need to be accompanied by an adult and have permission to attend independently.

The Yuva Gati Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) is funded by the Department of Education Music and Dance Scheme and delivered by FABRIC in partnership with Sampad Arts and Heritage. Designed to assist those interested in South Asian dance practices regardless of their personal circumstance, and share world-class specialist training as part of a National programme.
